Joe "Kastaway" Kulis has been traveling the world on hunting and fishing adventures for 50 years. He "hitchhiked" his way around Africa and became a Professional Hunter. He began doing professional taxidermy work in 1962. There simply is not enough space on this page to adequately portray Joe's outdoor resume.

Dr. Norm, as he is affectionately called on the show, is not only a great veterinarian, but has a lot of expertise on the outdoors. not only loves to hunt and fish, but really enjoys cooking whatever is his catch. Whether it's ticks, spiders, or even West Nile virus, Dr, Norm can let you know about symptoms and treatments. He loves sharing his knowledge about pets, offering a wealth of information to listeners on their care and feeding. Having worked at the Cleveland Zoo for over 10 years, he can advise on almost any type of animal.

Joe "Good News" Keough is a retired lawman and not only brings his great voice to the airwaves, but so much knowledge about the outdoors. His segments not only brings listeners the "Good News" of the week, but Joe has a very unique segment, featuring outdoor cooking, canning, and care of your catch. He loves trapping as well as hunting, fishing, and anything outdoors, and brings this expertise to the show.
Carl (Big Daddy) Bachtel

Carl (Big Daddy) Bachtel

Carl is a journalist and cameraman for WKYC-TV in Cleveland, Ohio. He brings a passion for fishing the waters of Northeast Ohio, which will inspire even the most die-hard couch potato to get outside and get a line wet. Listen for his call-in reports about conditions around our inland lakes and Lake Erie every week. But Carl's world revolves mostly around his kids, and this translates to organizing various events focused on getting kids interested in fishing. Even his boys, Nick and Sam join Dad in conducting seminars for children.
Michael Sustin

Michael Sustin

Mike grew up Russell Township in Geauga County, Ohio and currently teaches science at his alma mater. He works to continue to provide deeply meaningful and enriching experiences for all students in the West Geauga Local School District. In the past, he has coordinated K-12 professional development, provided service learning opportunities for his high school seniors with partner second grade classes, and directed the creation of a rain garden and outdoor learning venue on the high school campus. His efforts have earned him recognition as the 2010 K-12 Educator of the Year awarded by the North American Association for Environmental Education.

He is a world traveler and noted naturalist with great insight and knowledge about the great hidden treasures that abound all around us... right before our eyes. Bob will help you see the rare natural treasures that are literally in your own backyard, and organizes fascinating excursions all around Ohio, North America and various part of the world.
